A noted social worker and a tiatrist, Premanand A. Lotlikar in a humble family on 14th July 1954 at Margao Goa to Anand Lotlikar and Premabai Lotlikar. He is the second child of the family followed by 4 siblings.
He did his initial schooling in Benaulim and Finally graduated with B.A. from Smt. Parvatibai Chowgule College Margao Goa. During his graduation he used to tutor high school students to support his self financially. At the same time how every he felt himself pulled towards the stage.

Premanand A. Lotlikar first appeared on the stage of tiatr in the year 1976 in the tiatr named 'NIMNNI CHITT' by ROSEFERNS. He acted in a number of famous tiatrs in Goa, Maharastra & Karnataka. His acting was recognized by the MAN OF THE YEAR Award in 1987.He has also writted, directed & produced a number of well know tiatrs . Kindly refer the list below.

Professionally he is an Insurance Consultant for Life Insurance Corporation of India since 1977. He has achived the chairmans club membership of LIC.

He is Married to Priti P. Lotlikar who was also a stage artist, they have a daughter,Adv. Pritam P. Lotlikar who is an advocate by profesion. He reside with his brothers Shivanand A. Lotlikar and Dayanand A. Lotlikar in a joint family at Colva Goa.
