A noted social worker and a tiatrist, Premanand A. Lotlikar in a humble family on 14th July 1954 at Margao Goa to Anand Lotlikar and Premabai Lotlikar. He is the second child of the family followed by 4 siblings.He did his initial schooling in Benaulim and Finally graduated with B.A. from Smt. Parvatibai Chowgule College Margao Goa. During his graduation he used to tutor high school students to support his self financially. At the same time how every he felt himself pulled towards the stage.
